We spent approximately eight hours a day at work and it is very important that we like what we do. Customers prefer to buy from those businesses where staff are happy and they create a great atmosphere. I believe it is very important to provide any service with passion. The success starts from the person on the top (if we are talking about a big company) usually that person should motivate, inspire and develop his people. This kind of behavior is more important to small businesses where employers and owner(s) are more visible to their customers.So, fresh and innovation approach to the customers are very important.
